'Kettle and black spring to mind!': Lauren Goodger is branded a 'hypocrite' as she pleads with fans to stop using 'ugly' facial fillers

Her social media accounts are littered with perfectly pouty and expertly filtered snaps.
But Lauren Goodger has been branded a 'hypocrite' after pleading with her fans to stop using 'ugly' face fillers when she declared 'minimal is the way forward' during a Twitter rant on Wednesday.
Speaking to her 1.3 million followers, the TOWIE star, 30, launched a scathing attack on women who use cosmetic surgeries to improve their facial features.

The reality star - who used to be a big fan of lip fillers and underwent a breast enlargement in 2014 - claimed enhancements just make people 'look older'.
But Lauren inadvertently defended her own plump pout by declaring fillers in the lips are 'OK'.

She wrote: 'I really don't like face fillers !! Girls please stop having filler in the face I think it looks so ugly! Lips ok I understand tiny but this (sic).
'The Puffy cheek look or where ever you have it looks like got puffy face!! Just makes looks older ! Minimal is the way forward!! (sic).'

Lauren's hordes of fans quickly pointed out the contradictions in her claims, with one social media user stating: 'Kettle and black spring to mind'.
Another fan wrote: 'You can talk! Girl pls (sic),' while a third added: 'How about you leave other people's decisions regarding their body up to them'.
Another of her followers simply branded Lauren a 'hypocrite'.
Lauren recently confessed she is opting for a more natural look, despite TOWIE being synonymous with deep tans, big lips and hair extensions.
The brunette beauty, who had her lip fillers removed last year, revealed she plans to lose her hair extensions, quit sunbeds, and opt for less makeup by the summer.

She recently told MailOnline: 'For years, friends and boyfriends have said to me, you look so much better without makeup.
'They actually prefer me more natural, and now I'm embracing that.'
Lauren admitted she still struggles with the 'scrutiny' of being on camera and even covers her face while she's out running.
She explained: 'I went training yesterday and I ran down the road with no makeup on, but I put my hood up and lifted my top up over my face.
'I have congestion scars from picking spots when I was younger, red blemishes, pigmentation and broken veins that I want to get rid of.'

Lauren - whose boyfriend Joey Morrison is currently serving an 18-year prison sentence for possession of a firearm, kidnap, blackmail and aggravated burglary - says the 'pressure' that comes from appearing on TV has made her more conscious.
'When you're being scrutinised under a camera, you notice things and you think, I want to better it and improve it,' she said. 'The camera can be quite harsh to the eye.'
But rather than look for a quick surgical fix, this time Lauren is reevaluating her look and focusing on healthy skin.
'I feel like I've grown into myself a bit more maturely, I know my face now and I know where I am and who I am.'
