The former Big Brother star, 29, took to Instagram to reveal she jetted to Wroclaw, Poland, on Thursday to go under the knife for a 'breast uplift, new implants and a bone removed from my ribs and taking to build my nose'.
After live-streaming the operations she has been no less candid about her recovery time as she slipped down to underwear to share an image while clutching onto her drainage sacks and sporting a bandage across her nose.
Sallie, who welcomed her second child, daughter Savannah-Blu, in June, has stunned fans as she revealed the extent of her shocking surgery earlier in the week shortly before she live-streamed the work.
Following the work on Friday, she revealed she was 'feeling like s**t' yet seemed to be on the up as she shared a snap of her tender form the next day.
Clutching two bags filled with blood and seemingly fastened to her newly-enhanced cleavage, she posed in just a sports bra and knickers while also showing her heavily wrapped up nose.
She added a caption on the image reading: 'Chilling with me drainers', which surprisingly garnered an extremely positive reaction from fans who penned: 'You still manage to look amazing after surgery... Swit swoo , Your figures fab!!'
Deciding to wrap up for another shot, she wore a Los Angeles Lakers basketball top which made the most of her eye-popping assets and tiny waist.
Clearly proud of her buxom new look, she added a caption on the shot reading: 'New babies', which was followed up with comments reading: 'Check you out chick glad your up and about hope you're feeling well... You look fab already !!! Xxx'
A day before, Sallie shared a video of herself lying in a hospital bed with bandages over her face on Friday, as she croaked: 'So, just got out of surgery... I feel like s**t... I feel terrible.'
And, as she prepared to go down for her operation, she said from her bed: 'I've been in the shower and I've got my little robe on and now I'm just waiting in my hospital bed with my little slippers for me to go down.'
The heavily tattooed DJ and glamour model boarded her flight from Liverpool on Thursday and, as she waited to take off, shared details of her plans.
'So I've decided I'm gonna do an update throughout the whole of my surgery,' she said while settling into her plane seat. 'I'm gonna go on live feed, before and after, and show you what it's really like to be under the knife, from my point of view.
'So this is me on the plane, just starting off and this is gonna be my next 24 hours of surgery and I just want you to come along and join in for the ride.
'I'm gonna show you all what it's really like, from the bitter horribleness to the goodness and to the excitement and to being off my head on the drugs. So hopefully you'll enjoy it. And I'm on the plane now, ready to go to Poland!'
Sallie, who is also mother to five-year-old daughter Nirvana, has endured some turbulence since welcoming her second child, splitting with the baby's father shortly before the birth, and narrowly avoiding death after being caught in a house fire.
The reality starlet - real name Sallie Waterhouse - was forced to spend the night in hospital with her newborn back in July after her electric heater had set alight.
Having given birth less than a fortnight before, the fearful star revealed the smoke alarms in her house had failed to go off, leading to her best friend being forced to rescue them.
