But Rachel Stevens is set to prove she's multi-talented, after being unveiled as the first star to join Celebrity Masterchef.
The former S Club singer, 38, will compete against 19 celebrities in the upcoming season this summer.
A source told The Sun, 'Rachel loves cooking and can't wait to get into the kitchen. She's a keen amateur chef and won't be going home without a fight.'
Last year Rachel told MailOnline, she wasn't so confident in her cooking skills.
Speaking about her diet she said: 'I'm learning to cook. It's not my forté, but I try and balance my portion sizes.
'I love my carbs, especially in winter. I know it's boring to say, but running after the kids helps me keep in shape.
'Diets don't work. I just eat healthily little and often. And I have a hardcore trainer who puts me through my paces. I'm like anyone else. Sometimes you feel great and other times you don't.
Rachel was part of hit pop group S Club, who scored a four number 1 singles between 1998 and 2003.
She went on to release a solo album which reached number 9 in the chart, as well as being named FHM’s Sexiest Woman of all time in 2014.
However competing on the the popular show, which is judged by Greg Wallace and John Torode, will be a whole new challenge for the mother-of-two.
Last year's show was won by Waking the Dead star Alexis Conran, who joined a previous line-up of winners including including Kimberly Wyatt, Phil Vickery, Lisa Faulkner, Nadia Sawalha and Matt Dawson.
After four weeks of heats and two weeks of gruelling semi-finals and finals, judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace whittled 19 celebrities down to three.
The actor and TV presenter beat finalists Louise Minchin and Jimmy Osmond after a final challenge and tense cook-off.
