The 30-year-old was spotted sporting a thigh-skimming minidress as she left the ME hotel in London with her mother Trudy on Friday night.
The tiny dress showed off Maria's long legs which were toned and tanned and elongated even further with a pair of nude sky-high pump heels.
The pretty black lace dress featured sheer sleeves and petticoat-style ruffles.
Maria upped the glamour carrying a gold clutch YSL handbag with a metallic chain.
She styled her caramel-coloured locks in a poker-straight sweep and brightened her look with a slick of scarlet lipstick and a matching manicure.
The sexy star was accompanied by her lookalike mother Trudy as it seems the pair were living it up in the capital for Mother's Day.
Trudy looked just as glamorous as her daughter in a palm-print jumpsuit and strappy sandals.
She kept out the chill with a long black cardigan and teased her golden tresses into a sleek shoulder-length bob.
The mother and daughter team are enjoying their break in the capital and on Thursday night they dined at Paternoster Chop House restaurant, known as the venue for TV show First Dates.
The pair were welcomed with glasses of bubbly on arrival and after their meal they headed to Madison Bar and Restaurant to take in the majestic view of London's St Paul's Cathedral.
Posing up a storm in front of the historic building, Maria captured a number of images of the special night out on her Instagram page.
Maria took to Twitter to say she had a lovely time with Trudy ahead of Mother's Day on Sunday, writing: 'Had a great time, staff were fab!'
The former TOWIE star welcomed baby daughter Evie in September with her long-term partner, motocross racer Kelvin Batey.
Announcing the arrival of the couple's bundle of joy, Kelvin gushed on Twitter: 'Finally got my girls home after a complicated birth. So proud of the both of them and thankful things are ok now. Evie Paris Batey 25/9/16.
'To meet my soulmate & be lucky enough to start a family with her is the best thing that has ever happened to me. nothing can compare. so happy.'
Maria recently discussed her struggle to lose her baby weight after welcoming little Evie Paris into the world.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: 'You do see some stars who lose their mummy tummies crazily quickly - posing up with a flat stomach weeks after the birth.
'That wasn't the case with me. I didn't want to go too quickly because I knew that would not be healthy and I wanted Evie to be rooted in any exercise that I did so I would not spend much time away from her.'
