She accessorised the outfit with black leather ankle boots and a large black handbag featuring white detailing down the seams.
Wearing her locks down over her shoulders, Sienna went for minimal make-up, accentuating her lips with a rose-tinted gloss.
The blonde beauty finished off the look with a light coating of mascara to showcase her blue eyes.

Meanwhile, her male companion looked dapper in a navy double-breasted suit, which he teamed with a speckled blue tie.
It comes as Sienna gushed about her ex Tom Sturridge in a recent interview, describing him as her 'best friend'.
